Step One: Select Unit System
First, you need to select a unit system. If you select the “Metric” unit system, then you will have to mention your height in centimeters (cm).
However, if you select the “English” unit system, then you will have to mention your height in feet and inches.
Step Two: Select Gender
Next, you have to select your gender, e.g., man or woman.
Step Three: Mention Age
Now, you have to mention your age in years and not in months.
Step Four: Mention Height
Next, mention your height in the relevant field. Please note that if you have selected the Metric unit system, then you will have to mention your height in centimeters (cm).
However, if you previously selected the English unit system, then you will have to mention your height in feet and inches.
