Samples require EDML’s suitability review and written approval. EDML confirms any credit and the remaining cash payment before production. Product credit is not automatic.
Suppliers cover all shipping costs, and EDML keeps approved samples. EDML provides the full shipping address only after written approval. Do not ship before approval.
Sending a sample does not guarantee acceptance, coverage, a positive review or a discount. Buy Now remains available for customers purchasing without sample credit; sample-credit requests go through inquiry and written approval first.

- Full refund if EDML declines the product or the customer cancels before production starts.
- After production starts, cancellation/refund requests are assessed against work completed.
The package deliverables, one correction round, and minimum 12-month placement remain as listed. Production begins only after payment is confirmed. Publication follows the proof, your final approval, and EDML’s final checks.
How it works

- Share your product information and rights-cleared digital materials. After purchase, include your order number in the form’s Product details and additional notes field.
- EDML checks suitability, supporting information, and rights. A full refund applies if EDML declines the product.
- Production begins after payment is confirmed. The first proof is due within 5 business days after EDML receives complete, suitable materials.
- Review one proof and send one consolidated factual-correction round.
- You approve the final proof; EDML completes its checks, publishes, and delivers the agreed assets.
Questions are welcome through the optional inquiry form. Custom Growth and product-credit arrangements require written agreement on scope, schedule, terms, price, applicable taxes, and the complete total before payment or shipment.
What does 12-month placement mean?
The minimum term begins when the page is published. EDML retains normal editorial and site-management rights over accuracy, disclosures, formatting, layout, and organization. Routine site changes will not shorten the agreed placement term.
When could content need to change?
Content that becomes unlawful, unsafe, materially misleading, or rights-infringing may require correction, suspension, or removal under the purchase terms above.
What is included in basic SEO?
On-page setup of the title, description, headings, and image alt text. Paid product links are marked as sponsored. Search rankings, traffic, sales, and favorable editorial opinions are not guaranteed.
Is this a hands-on product review?
These are clearly disclosed sponsored features prepared from approved source information. Product testing, interviews, video, independent review work, and unsupported health or safety claims are outside the fixed packages.
Are EDML social channels included?
No EDML social-media or newsletter distribution is included. The Launch captions and graphics are delivered for your own channels. Added work needs a separate agreement.
When will my feature be published?
For the fixed-price packages, the first proof is due within 5 business days after EDML receives complete, suitable materials. Production starts after payment is confirmed; publication follows your approval of the final proof and EDML’s final checks. An optional inquiry does not reserve a publication date.
