What every approved Intern Lab project receives
A written scope, named deliverables, approval checkpoints, supervised participation, and EDML quality review. Discount eligibility, percentage, training-eligible labor, savings, final total, capacity, and timeline are confirmed before work begins. Professional supervision, software licenses, provider charges, paid plugins, hosting, urgent work, advanced security, regulated professional work, and third-party costs are not discounted unless the written quote expressly says otherwise.

EDML completes the approved installation or service work, uses backups and controlled testing where applicable, and documents the result.

You review the work and request covered corrections during the stated review period. AI-assisted output always requires human review.
Orientation and support
Receive the agreed orientation, documentation, and optional ongoing support. The client retains control of WordPress publication.
Licensing, payment, cancellation, and refunds
This summary is designed to make the offer understandable. The signed quote, order form, software license, support terms, privacy policy, and website terms control the final transaction.
Software license
EDML Publisher is licensed—not sold—on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the number of approved WordPress sites listed in the order. The private plugin package may not be publicly posted, shared, resold, sublicensed, reverse engineered, or redistributed unless EDML expressly agrees in writing.
Annual renewal
An annual license covers the stated term. Renewal pricing and included updates are shown before renewal. Canceling renewal prevents the next annual charge but does not create a prorated refund for the current paid term.
Monthly cancellation
Month-to-month support may be canceled before the next billing date. Access and covered support continue through the paid period. Work outside the support allowance requires a separate written quote.
Refund eligibility
A license or setup payment may be refunded if a written request is received within seven calendar days and EDML has not delivered, installed, activated, configured, scheduled, or begun the covered work. Once delivery or work begins, fees are non-refundable except where EDML cannot provide the defined scope or applicable law requires otherwise.
Custom-project cancellation
If a client cancels custom work after it begins, completed work, committed labor, approved milestones, and nonrecoverable expenses remain payable. Any unearned prepaid balance is handled according to the signed project terms.
Third-party costs
The client is responsible for hosting, domains, OpenAI or image-provider usage, paid plugins, payment processing, advertising, email services, and other outside-provider charges unless the written quote says otherwise. Third-party charges are generally non-refundable.
AI and human review
AI assists with Drafts and production tasks but can make mistakes. A qualified human must review accuracy, safety, rights, links, accessibility, brand fit, and regulated claims before publication or operational use. EDML Publisher never publishes automatically.
Privacy and credentials
Clients must not send passwords, payment details, application passwords, API keys, or other secrets through public forms, ordinary email, or chat. Credentials must be entered through an approved secure setup process by an authorized administrator.
EDML Scope Match Promise
We stand behind the written deliverables. If delivered work does not match the approved written scope, EDML will review and correct the covered item within a reasonable period without an additional labor charge. EDML does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, employment, funding, or other outcomes controlled by users, markets, platforms, or third parties.

Does EDML Publisher publish articles automatically?
No. It creates review-ready WordPress Drafts only. An authorized human reviews, edits, and separately decides whether to publish through WordPress.
Can I download the plugin directly from this page?
No. EDML first confirms WordPress compatibility, licensing, site count, author and category rules, providers, and the safe installation plan. The verified plugin package remains private.
What does managed setup include?
The written scope may include installation, source or receiver configuration, provider connection, author and category selection, approved internal links, SEO detection, safety checks, controlled testing, documentation, and staff orientation.
Can I cancel anytime?
You may cancel month-to-month support before the next renewal. Annual software licenses remain active through the paid term and can be set not to renew. Completed setup, approved custom work, and third-party expenses are not automatically refundable.
Who qualifies for an Intern Lab discount?
Eligibility depends on whether the work is suitable for supervised training, available trainee capacity, timeline flexibility, community benefit, complexity, and risk. A discount is not automatic and must appear in the written quote.
What does “AI-ready website” mean?
It means the website is organized with clear page structure, approved AI-assisted copy preparation, SEO-ready content, and source information that can support future chatbot or EDML Publisher integration. It does not mean that every AI product, license, provider account, or subscription is automatically included.
Is intern-assisted work unsupervised?
No. Eligible tasks are assigned within a defined learning scope and reviewed by EDML. Security-sensitive, regulated, emergency, or advanced professional work may be restricted to experienced personnel or excluded.
Are OpenAI, hosting, and premium plugin fees included?
Not unless the written quote specifically includes them. Clients normally maintain their own approved provider accounts and pay provider usage and third-party subscription costs directly.
How quickly can a project begin?
Timing depends on compatibility, content readiness, access, project scope, current capacity, and whether the work is professional-track or Intern Lab eligible. EDML confirms the estimated schedule in writing before payment and implementation.
