Phase One: Content Creation & Blog Submission (Complete Walkthrough)

This is the core workflow for creating SEO-optimized blog content that will be repurposed into videos and social media posts. Every intern must follow these steps — phase by phase, scene by scene.

Step 1: Create a Free ChatGPT Account

• Visit: chat.openai.com
• Create a free or Plus account
• Plus plan allows better formatting and image support

Step 2: Generate Blog Using a KGR Prompt

ChatGPT Prompt:
Give me a 1200-word longtail KGR SEO blog post in HTML format.
Use h1, h2, p tags. Include a focus keyword, SEO title, meta description, internal/external links.

Step 3: Paste Blog into WordPress

• Login via your private link
• Go to: Posts → Add New
• Switch to “Code Editor” or “Text” view
• Paste the entire HTML
• Save as Draft

Step 4: Apply Yoast SEO Settings

• Focus Keyword: Exact match
• Slug: Example → fresh-air-vs-gym
• SEO Title: Include keyword + brand
• Meta Description: 120–150 chars with keyword early

Step 5: Add 3 Images

• 1 Featured image
• 2 supporting images inside the post

Image Guidelines:

• Create in Canva (Free/Pro)
• Compress with TinyPNG
• Resize under 200 KB via Squoosh
• Add alt text, and rename files to match content

Step 6: Monetize Article (Optional)

If Amazon products are needed, ask your trainer for help embedding products using AzonPress or another method.

Step 7: Convert Blog into a Video Script

ChatGPT Prompt:
Turn this blog post into a 200-word video script, broken into 10 scenes.

Step 8: Use Pictory to Make the Video

• Login to Pictory.ai
• Paste script → Auto-generate video
• Create vertical (TikTok), square (Instagram), landscape (YouTube)
• Use voiceover and brand colors

Step 9: Upload to YouTube

• Use SEO-friendly title and description
• Include focus keyword and hashtags
• Use a Canva thumbnail (1280×720 JPG or PNG)
• Copy the embed code for later use

Step 10: Embed Video into Your Blog Post

Paste the code below your blog content. Save as draft again.

Step 11: Auto-Share Using Publer

• Go to Publer.io
• Connect social accounts: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
• Write captions (ask ChatGPT if needed)
• Schedule post or publish immediately

Step 12: Document with Guidde

• Use Guidde to screen record your process
• Capture each scene (single browser tab recommended)
• Add voiceover or text instructions
• Upload to your intern portfolio or library
