What does 12-month placement mean?
The minimum term begins when the page is published. EDML retains normal editorial and site-management rights over accuracy, disclosures, formatting, layout, and organization. Routine site changes will not shorten the agreed placement term.
When could content need to change?
Content that becomes unlawful, unsafe, materially misleading, or rights-infringing may require correction, suspension, or removal under the terms agreed before invoicing. The written scope will address exceptional removal, downtime, relocation, and any remedy if the minimum term cannot be fulfilled.
Existing orders retain the terms accepted when they were placed.
