Scope and third-party costs

The client selects and pays the platform provider directly for any subscription, usage, or optional branding-removal fees. EDML’s fee is a one-time setup fee; it does not include an ongoing EDML monthly service. Confirm platform compatibility, scope, and schedule before work begins. Work beyond the listed scope requires a separate quote.

EDML charges a one-time setup fee with no ongoing EDML monthly service fee. API, hosting, and other third-party costs are paid directly by the client.

Client responsibilities and scheduling

The client supplies approved content, project details, and secure, appropriately scoped website and hosting access. Compatibility, required accounts, scope, and the schedule are confirmed in writing before work begins. Work is scheduled after the prerequisites are complete; late or incomplete inputs may shift the agreed schedule.

The client owns and pays for required API accounts, usage, hosting, and third-party platforms. Any required ChatGPT subscription is separate from API billing. Required accounts and costs are identified in the written scope. Share credentials only through an approved secure method, never through public forms.

Review and handoff

Includes one consolidated revision within the agreed setup scope, installation and testing, handoff, and correction of defects in the included setup for 14 days after handoff. New features, expanded content, custom integrations, ongoing maintenance, and provider changes require a separate written scope and approval.

Cancellation and refunds

Full refund before work starts. After work begins, the refund is the package price minus documented work at $125 per hour, with charges for worked hours capped at the package price. No change-of-mind refund after completion. Applicable legal rights and payment-provider protections remain.
